David L. Rajkowski, O.D.
Dr. David Rajkowski is a graduate of Fairfield University and the State University of New York, College of Optometry. He is an optometric physician board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. His training includes internships at Omni Eye Services, Islen, NJ, and the USMA Optometric Clinic at West Point, NY.
Dr. Rajkowski joined High Mountain Eyecare in 1994. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, and the Bergen/Passaic Optometric Society. He has lectured on Low Vision Care as well as participating as a clinical investigator for Allergan, Inc.
Dr. Rajkowski is married with 3 children. His hobbies include ice hockey, golf, tennis, and spending time with his young children.

Pamela Z. Rajkowski, O.D.
Dr. Pamela Rajkowski is a graduate of Fairfield University and the State University of New York, College of Optometry. She is an optometric physician board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Her training includes internships at the Baltimore Veterans Hospital, Baltimore, MD, and Newington Veterans Hospital, Newington, CT.
Dr. Rajkowski has been in private practice since 1994 in Connecticut and New Jersey.
She is married with three children. Her hobbies include Yoga, crafts, and spending time with her young children.

Lori Napolitano, OD
Dr. Lori Joy Napolitano has been practicing at Maple Eyecare and High Mountain Eyecare for over 10 years. She completed her undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University and her optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University). She is an optometric physician, board-certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Her training includes internships at Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut in Fairfield, CT, Jamaica Plains Veterans Hospital in Boston, MA., Liva Eye Center in Paramus, NJ and Omni Eye Services in Iselin, NJ.
Dr. Napolitano fulfilled her ocular disease residency at Omni Eye Services of New Jersey in 2010. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, American Optometric Association, and American Academy of Optometry. She is also a preceptor for the Suny College of Optometry externship program.
Born and raised in Bergen County, Dr. Napolitano moved back to the area after optometry school. She enjoys spending time with her husband Matthew, their dog Boomer, as well as their friends and family. In her free time, she also loves cooking, biking local trails, and traveling to new destinations
